Food:
Meals are not provided. Time is allotted for meals. Food trucks will be available near Bridges Auditorium, or Troupes may go off campus for meals, bring their own, or procure deliveries with services such as Orange Crate and Uber Eats. Pomona College and Bridges Auditorium are within walking distance to the Claremont Village, with many food options. Troupe Directors and Chaperones are responsible for monitoring off-campus trips. **In 2026, off campus trips for meals are acceptable.
Airports:
At only 19 miles from Bridges Auditorium, Ontario International is the most common airport for a Troupe to fly into.
Other Airports include Los Angeles International (LAX), and Orange County John Wayne (SNA), Long Beach (LGB), and Burbank Bob Hope (BUR).
At each there are many options for Car Rental from a variety of companies.

Hotels:
California Thespians does not arrange any group rates at area hotels. We have found that often troupes are able to find lower rates than often extended as part of group.
While we have no arrangement with any booking company, we have found that sites such as Trip Advisor can be one of many great starting points when finding a hotel. For example here is a list of highly rated hotels in the area.
