The Alumni Staff is an essential part of the workings of the State Festival by doing a variety of jobs throughout the weekend. Only those who have previously attended the festival as high school Thespians may return as Alumni Staff.

Alumni staff members work from 7:00 p.m. on the Wednesday before Festival through 1:30 p.m. on Saturday. In return for services, each staff member receives a Festival T-shirt, a stipend, and all Festival meals. Alumni Staff are required to make arrangements and pay for personal accommodations and transportation. Troupe Directors should contact alumni to invite them to work at the State Festival. The Alumni Staff Application and Health & Liability / Chapter Consent and Acceptance Form must be emailed to alumni@cathespians.org. These forms must be submitted by January 31. Alumni will be notified of acceptance.
